30th January 2020
Quick, before the first month of 2020 is out!
As a part of the new website Miriam Balance, I would like to share with you a little monthly handstand jam, a short sequence I’d like to present not only to show my technical progress but also some creative elements in my handbalancing journey.
This month, I have been working hard on launching my teaching business in addition to my work at the circus school En Tout Sens in Riom, France, where I have once again found myself for the new school year.
I hope you like it! Feel free to make your own and share it on Instagram, Facebook or your social media of choice.

~ January Jam 2020 ~ Today was a rest day. Well for the body at least – the mind’s been busy translating my website into three languages. That’s right, Miriam Balance is going from being a cute little blog to a sleek professional multilingual handstand website as I will continue to teach in all languages I know and all countries that will have me. Check out the new trilingual version of Miriam Balance in a language of your choice (English/French/German), link’s in my bio! And because when you’re self-employed, you sometimes end up being your own translator, web designer, head of marketing AND the only person to make you a cup of coffee when you need it, I have to compensate for all this sitting around with some movement, so I present to you the first of a series of monthly handstand jams in 2020, a small sequence to share not only my technical progress but also some creative flows. I hope you like it! Feel free to make your own and share it on Instagram, Facebook or your social media of choice and tag me in it 😉 #handstandjam #miriambalance #iambalance #sequence #handstands #handbalancing #handstand #onearm #handstandcanes #selfemployed #overworked #training #fitgirl #creativemovement #passionproject #livetoinspire #cirqueduinsta #cirquegram #circuslife #circuseverydamnday #webdesign
